Wimbledon Common

Lovely walk round the pond with the kids after a big Sunday lunch... been to the woods before which are nice also but didnt today as it was a bit wet and muddy. Bring wellies for the kids.

Love the common, when fit in '70s ran there regularly and also rode out from Wimbledon village stables for a while. Now under instruction from doc to walk 10000 steps a day I am renewing my acquaintance with the common. Should get a dog really.

A lovely outdoor green space close to central London. Great place to walk your dogs or take your family. There is a tea rooms which sells hot and cold food and a windmill (that you can go in) However there are two golf courses on sight so you need to be aware of flying balls. I would definitely chose this over Richmond Park or any of the London Parks.

One of the best places in London to get out for nature. Many ponds and lakes, open fields and golf course. Pretty big so nice with the bicycle or for a longer walk. Also has spring water running in the rainy season. Definitely recommend

Nice place for a walk at any time just wish some dog walkers would pick up there dogs poo. And no more then two dogs per person when some adults or children see a walk with a pack of dogs it can be frightening for them there should be signs on common to state this or park rangers should tell the walkers
