    I was looking to begin kickboxing again after a bit of a break and contacted Malik via email who was very prompt to reply to my queries and organised a free trial session for me. The classes are organised, fun, and a great workout. I particularly appreciate the attention that Malik gives to every student and how every session is a little different but there is always a spirit of helpfulness and respect. You can tell Malik is committed to teaching not just taekwondo but also the values he stands for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this school for anyone, no matter their previous experience in martial arts.

    I can highly recommend Five Pillars Taekwon-Do. Mr Ayman is a fantastic instructor and very skilled. The students learn in a very supportive and fun environment, whilst gaining a thorough knowledge of both the practical and theory side of Taekwon-Do. Students are also encouraged to take part in competitions which really boosts confidence. This is a really friendly place to learn. Thank you Mr Ayman.

    The instructor is great really supportive and makes the class fun. I look forward to going to class every week.

    I have learnt so much in a sort time. highly recommend this class if anyone wants to build their confidence, learn a new skill and wants to be able to protect themselves.

    My son has been attending Five Pillars for quite some time now and I have seen a huge amount of growth in him. His confidence, concentration and patience and come along way since he has joined the class.

    He absolutely loves it and looks forward to attending his classes every week.

    I highly recommended training with Five Pillars. Mr Ayman's passion and professionalism is second to none.
