(October 28, 2018, 6:17 am)Ben helped me prepare for the 2018 Amsterdam marathon. As well as a couple of face to face sessions I had ten weeks' online coaching. The plans that Ben wrote for me were easy to understand, enjoyable to run and fit in with the times I wanted to train. Ben stayed in close contact in a way that I found encouraging. Training with Ben was a great experience and I easily exceeded my target time with a personal best.
