  Lovely plant nursery. By far the best place to buy fruit & vegetable plants in the area. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Flittons quaint little cafe sells delicious ice cream and tasty snacks.

  Just popped in to get a few floristry sundries and the lady (the owner I think).... was so helpful and friendly! And their prices are unbelievably cheap!! Will definitely return! ! Well done great service !

  A lovely atmosphere and friendly service. Flittons do soya milk but a proper vegan option would be great.

  Lovely laid back little tea room. The actual planting offer isn't greatly extensive, but the range of herbs and edible produce makes up for it. Bit tired in places and lacks structure. Not sure about their price point as some good value stock and others way off. But like to stroll around anyways.

  I guess our status would be 'amateur gardeners' so please don't take this review as being professional !
  We visited Flittons (who are actually a nursery rather than a garden centre) several times earlier in the year and it seems a pity that they are losing a lot of custom to another, rapidly expanding, garden centre just down the road. Flittons prices are mostly more competitive and they are very knowledgeable about their trade. But they don't have the 'glitzy' presentation of the other garden centres, nor the trendy cafe, children's play area etc etc.
  The plants we have purchased there are all growing well and we can't find fault with the service they provided.
