  Excellent teacher with good experience and lovely positive attitude, organised studio in a great environment - with a nice view! - and cleaning the mats after class epitomises the attention to detail

  I first met Zoe nearly 20 years ago when she was teaching Pilates at Holmes Place [top floor of Bentalls]. Having had a serious back injury I needed to increase muscle strength to prevent further injury. Zoe encourages everyone to try harder regardless of their level of expertise and helps each person. The gentle class at the Esher Studio is not easy, far from it, but it is paced slowly so that beginners can follow the exercises and improve fitness. Whatever your age and physical ability you will fit in somewhere.

  I Love how Zoe combines the TRX into Pilates, a small but perfect studio to really get satisfaction out of her classes. Having a small class is perfect because Zoe focuses on each individual specifically in regards to a gym class timetable fits 20-30 people per class, where you would not get that. I also love her new studio in Esher, Check it out.! #ZHPilates
