“Have been going to Rayan's just over 6 months now and they have become my regular barbers. The staff there are always welcoming and professional. I can be fussy with my hair at times but they're always patient and understanding. It should be mentioned that they're prices are also quite low for such a professional standard. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new barbers or just a place in the area to get a quality cut!”

“I've been a client of Face It for a number of years. I had quite congested, ache prone skin and used to cover up with layers of foundation. My skin is the best it has ever been and I now have the confidence to go out with very little makeup on. They spend time researching the most recent new techniques and spend money on new machines/equipment. I was micro needling at home on the advice of my beautician long before it was a 'thing' on instagram and youtube.”

“The school is heading to the right direction and there are some positive changes that further will impove the learning experience of the children. As a parent, I feel that the school listens to my concern and my involvement is appreciated. Keep the good work and make Donnington primary school greater.”

“Before I started personal training sessions with Rob, I had rarely stuck to an exercise routine for more than 3-4 weeks as motivation would soon be lost due to limited progress and a busy weekly schedule that would get in the way due to a lack of planning. Also a fear of being judged by other gym member's did not help either. I was under the impression that my diet was reasonably healthy. During my first few sessions with Rob, I kept a food diary and when we reviewed it together I realised that my diet was not as healthy as I had previously thought. I learnt more from Rob about diet and nutrition in a few sessions, than I had done in the past 27 years. Prior to starting my training programme although I was within a healthy weight range. My body fat percentage was way above what it should be for my age, height and gender. So my goal was to reduce my body fat percentage, increase strength and muscle mass. Rob set me a training programme of one intensive fully body work out once per week and I also incorporated some less intensive cardio sessions on other days. At first I didn't think one fully body work out per week would make much difference but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I started to make steady progress throughout my time training with Rob. Every so often new gym equipment or free weight exercises were introduced, as well as higher reps or heavier weights in order to continue progressing. In a short time I went from struggling to lift 3-4kg dumbbells when doing a chest press to being able to lift 8-9kg dumbbells with the same amount of reps, which was a huge motivational boost! During the first three months as well as increasing strength, I had also lost 2 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my thighs and hips. 2 inches from my upper back and calfs. I was really pleased with the continuous progress made and would not have been able to have done it without Robs advice, encouragement and knowledge on nutrition. I would highly recommend Rob as a Personal Trainer to anyone struggling with motivation or looking to make a change but unsure where to start or finding they've reached a plateau in there current training programme. Or if you're like me and somewhat anxious at the thought of walking in to a crowded gym and worried about being judged by other experienced gym members, then training with Rob would be the best thing you could do for your health and confidence.”

“We have received an excellent service by Alex Cima. He helped us in every occasion. Alex is a great value for Foxtons. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the team, we had various issues during our tenancy. If it wasn't for Alex, we wouldn't deal with Foxtons.”

“Nice place for a healthy meal. Portions are a bit small but this way we avoid food waste, which I think is good. These come of places don't come cheap but it isn't expensive either. It seems clean enough. Service is nice and fast too. It's located on the first floor at Fulham Broadway tube station, next to the cinema. I'll be back and recommend it.”

“I must begin by declaring that I am the web developer for the Homefront, but this is a genuine review for work that they did on my home last year. After living in our house for 10-years we decided to build a double extension at the rear of our home, and Ray and his team installed new fascias, soffits and guttering across the entire house and loft extension dormer. I'd never met the workmen before and I was very pleased with how friendly and courteous they were and how efficiently they handled our job. The workmanship was absolutely faultless and they were so clean that you wouldn't have known they had been there. Something that I was especially impressed with was how they dealt with all of the tricky things that the builder couldn't fix. For example, we had a loft extension and that meant a soil pipe had to come out of the roof. Also, we had to mate up with the guttering next door and the glazier forgot to finish off an arch over a window. Greg and his colleagues dealt with these issues and many more with very little fuss and with a cheerful and happy demure meaning that my stress levels were kept to the minimum. I would strongly recommend that anybody who is thinking about any kind of work involving, fascias, soffits, guttering, cladding or flat roofing should contact the Homefront for a quotation.”
