“This place was actually really great for the location and price. It took a little over an hr from Stansted to get into the city (train to Liverpool St then Central line to Queensway, then short walk to hotel). We arrived and the staff were very friendly and our room happened to be vacant so we were able to be accommodated a little earlier. We were on the top floor so we couldn't hear the construction downstairs in the lobby and it was quiet at night. The room had a mini kitchenette with microwave/fridge, wardrobe, bed and private bathroom. A larger sink, rack to hold shampoo/body wash in the shower, fresh coat of paint on the walls, and most importantly-- better quality mattress/pillows/sheets would improve the place so much. Also, I'm not sure if this was an anomaly or if they just have a small boiler, but they ran out of hot water one of the mornings so I took a cold shower and the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. It was smaller than advertised in Expedia photos but honestly for a couple there was plenty of space and was actually quite typical in size for rooms in London. Note, they do not clean the rooms everyday but they will replace your towels if you request them at the lobby. Everything touristy we did was well within 30 min either walking/metro (Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Tower Bridge, London Attractions & London Eye, Soho). Overall, highly recommend if you want a decent but budget-conscious accomodation!”

The service was great and I will certainly be returning. Sure the restaurant was slightly empty, but this was on a Monday night. Lovely manager, very well mannered staff, and I highly recommend the sweet and sour pork, it was absolutely amazing.”

I've encountered 4 or 5 consultants here now, and each one is consistently excellent- knowledgeable, articulate, caring, and right on schedule. The interior is bright, modern and clean. There is a pharmacy immediately next door, which is handy, although some items aren't immediately in stock and need to be ordered.”
