“I made an urgent appointment through dialing 111 in the early hours of the morning and arrived to find myself the only patient in a brand new hospital. I was greeted by a doctor and seen immediately; earlier than my appointment time. The doctor and receptionist I saw were friendly, courteous and professional. I was diagnosed and given medication for tonsillitis and left the hospital feeling very happy and relieved. What a pleasant experience even though it was 5 in the morning. Thank you so much.”

“I'd like to thank the young lady on reception on 21st November 2018 who listened to my dilemma and quickly helped to resolve it. I needed to travel urgently to my terminally ill mother but was running out of medication. I would not be around for the usual review with a doctor that I need before each issue and I was in a panic as I needed to go straight away The young lady listened and relayed the information to a doctor and within minutes my prescription was done, taking the anxiety out of a distressing situation.
