“Came here for our work Christmas do, we were seated in one of the upstairs boxes, which is such a nice touch. The decor is amazing great place for theatre lovers, unfortunately we did not go on a day with the live opera, maybe next time. Customer service was great, staff are polite and helpful. There was a dispute/altercation between the people in the booth next to us who were disruptive and had to be asked to leave. This was dealt with by the staff very well and they were very apologetic.. it didn't ruin our night in any event.. the atmosphere is great.. the food was lovely, I could always do with bigger portions but in greedy.... I had two desserts both were great... The Christmas menu was great value 3 courses for £19.95.. and the main menu also looked reasonable... The only criticism is it gets really hot in the booths upstairs.... But heat rises so there is only so much that can be done.. Overall was a lovely experience and I would definitely go here again”

“Great staff, great service. $20 a haircut which is quite high for the area but the inside of the building is nothing like anywhere else either. A top notch salon with great service and a great product Mark mentioned many of his customers are repeat customers that keep coming back after speaking with him for a while you can see why the atmosphere in there is great. “We left our Frenchie here for 12 days within which period he also had a one week training with ADK9. We received pictures and videos almost every day during his stay , which was very important to us as this was the 2nd time we left him in a Kennel. We were heartbroken to leave him but released and so glad when saw from the pictures and videos how much happier he was here than in the previous kennel. I was surprised when we returned to the place for some additional training to see that all staff knew him by name. Thank you all! xx”
