“I have only ever found this practice to be helpful and polite, whether it be when calling or in person at reception. If staff say they will call you back with more information they do exactly that. Perhaps when you get an appointment with a doctor they tend to overrun by about 30 minutes but it's not such a big deal. All in all thank you for good service all round.”

Stu and the band were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and on the night they belted out an incredible set that got everyone dancing. Even better, they stayed to party with us afterwards - leading the crowd in a few acoustic numbers, and having a campfire singalong that went on long past the official end of the night. Band de Jour really made the day for us and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.”
