He reassured us that he knew the church well (with its very limited parking) and very helpfully sent through photos showing exactly where the bus would park on the day. Our guests loved their ride on the bus and the opportunity to take photos when it arrived at the venue. Our family visiting from America were particularly thrilled with their London bus experience. Main criticism is the changing rooms/toilet/shower/steam and sauna facilities; this all needs a huge revamp- always smells of sewage and feels really icky and gross.”

“After a lot of researching I found a great Mini car at Fairview autos in Orpington on sale at a good price. I emailed Tom at 2200 and received a quick reply that night in return. We viewed the car which went very well and Tom was very understanding of my two chaotic and very excited kids! For the purchase, again Tom was very helpful and went the extra mile on the things I wanted to give me peace of mind. Overall my experience has been very positive and I would recommend and use them again. One very small thing did come up post sale, so I emailed Tom that night about it and received an instant reply he would cover the cost and where to drop the car off too (which is right by my house!) . Can’t beat a good local garage :-)!”
