“I attended PhysioQinetics and was seen by Ana Carapeto. I found the details by simply Googling for local therapists. Luckily for me, I chose this one. At the time of my first appointment, I was in so much pain from my back that I could hardly walk. On the bus I would have to start trying to stand a stop before my stop, so that I could get up. I am not that old -47 years old - but my back was in such a state, I was like an old man moving. After the first session (which was a lot cheaper than anywhere else I have been), the pain had almost gone. After one more session the pain had basically disappeared. Ana also showed me exercises to strengthen my back and I am still doing these. After only a few weeks I did not have to go back. I can not express fully, how grateful I am. I was becoming increasingly depressed due the pain and believed there was nothing that could be done...Ana changed that. I would not hesitate in recommending Ana to anyone.”
