Don attended to fix my Electrolux washer dryer on 6 November 2017. When I first rang, he got me to carry out a few diagnostic tests and then we booked in a time for him to attend. My machine was throwing up a non-standard error code which suggested that the problem could be with the control board. However, Don mentioned that sometimes other faults could cause misleading error codes to appear. I have an integrated machine so Don had to struggle to get that out but he thankfully succeeded. He got to the bottom of the problem and identified that my heater element had gone, once he changed that, all was well again. I'm happy with the service received. Don clearly knows his stuff and the quote was reasonable. I would use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Excellent service! He was able to help when our dishwasher was leaking and when it stopped working completely. We had someone else look at it who couldn't find the problem and who then charged us an insane price. However, Don quickly found and fixed the problem and for a very good price. I would recommend his service to anyone that is in need of someone who knows what he is doing and charges fairly.
Extremely efficient & helpful engineer; the repair was rectified straight away! Also good value for money, as we have been using him for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Highly Recommended!
