Absolute mayhem this time of year but it's all in one place

I only went to two shops, M&S and Boots. My experience at both was very good. At the first one, although very busy, more staff than normally were there to help. All of them had a smile on their face when I asked them for advice with a happy Christmas when finished. At boots the staff were lovely and their advice was very helpful. I have to go again next week, I hope that they are not worn out by then. Thank you for a good experience at the busiest time of the year.

This only refers to M&S as I don't shop anywhere else at Brookfield. I normally go later on Friday evenings when they are less busy. Always a good experience. Staff very pleasant and helpful, and given the time of day able to have a chat.

Handy to go for a next, marks etc. I tend to avoid Tesco as it's too large. Having a giraffe restaurant is handy for a quick bite to eat .
