Polite.
No nonsense will tell you exactly what wrong, how it is, and won't try to get you to pay for stuff that is not needed like some places these days.
I know my cars and these guys have never messed me around or tried to charge me over £200 for a temperature sensor like one Audi specialist I went to see 2 years ago. (Temp sensor costs £11 by the way and takes 3 minutes to fit one).
So in summery they really know Land Rovers and are excellent mechanics, they never over charge and the prices are more than reasonable, very polite and will always let you know what they find for example if something might need doing in a years time they will say just that! Not get it fixed now.
Thanks Steve for all you're help I will quite honestly probably always try to own a Land Rover just due to the fact that I know I have a mechanic I can trust.
