We're really happy with the overall service; from the expert advice given by Patrick, the be-spoking of the finish to the speedy, but professional installation carried out by his team. They were also flexible about delaying the fitting, as our extension screed was not dry enough.
We would most definitely recommend Timberzone. -

(November 22, 2018, 8:29 am)Fantastic Customer service. We turned up one day out of the blue and Patrick was very patient with all our questions and answered them very honestly. The price for materials and fitting the floors in our 3 bedrooms was very reasonable. The fitters were very efficient, clean and tidy and very polite. Would highly recommend them. In fact our neighbours next door are having their bedrooms floor done next weekend. Can’t fault them at all. Very happy.

(October 17, 2018, 5:16 am)We’ve now had the whole of our ground floor done with engineered oak flooring from Timberzone. Very good quality fitted with genuine craftsmanship. Would recommend.
It’s worth mentioning the new acoustic underlay. Effectively dampens footfall and other noise. (We had it installed in our hifi/AV room.) Will be especially useful for upper floor rooms, or in flats, where wooden floors might have created a noise issue for people underneath. -
