This Boots is a great little shop that has helpful and caring staff. The reason I am not rating as 5 stars, is that after 5pm there is only one member of staff at the front desk. Last week with 7 people keep waiting, it took 30 minutes to get served. The first in the queue was needing advice and help and took15 minutes to be sorted. Whilst staff are pleasent and helpful it must be awfully difficult tho work when there is planned understaffing circumstances. Needs to be sorted as not sustainable.
Despite allowing at least three days for prescrption requests my prescription is never ready when I call to collect. It is only prepared at the time of collection. They then discover that they don't have one of the medications requested and this had to be ordered. Therefore, involving another visit by me to collect the missing item. It is a strange system and not customer friendly.
Utterly wonderful staff. Very personal service. Great if you need repeat prescriptions.
