  The first time of leaving our 2 cats I couldn’t have picked a better place for them to stay! Ali is wonderful. She did all she could to make them feel comfortable and at home and kept in touch with us throughout their stay with lots of great photos so we knew how well they were. We are so pleased to have found this place. Gave us so much peace of mind so we could relax and enjoy our holiday without worrying about our cats. The goodie bag was a lovely touch when we went to pick them up. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much Ali!

  Absolutely outstanding! Ali at Longcroft Cole Green WGC looked after our cat for 2 weeks and spoilt her rotten, knowing our cat was being cared for and looked after so well made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much, will definitely be booking again

  So pleased to have found Ali at Longcroft Cole Green. She clearly loves what she does and any worries or doubts about leaving your furry friend will soon disappear.   Ali is such a welcoming, friendly person that you can't help but feel you can trust her from the very first meeting. When we go away we want the reassurance of knowing our cat Jack is looked after to the same standard as we do. We have found the Longcroft brand to always deliver excellence, and Cole Green is no exception. Jack returned home happy, healthy, and straight back to his routine. Thank you Ali.

  We cannot recommend Ali and Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Cole Green enough. We were very nervous about leaving our lovely cat Lucy for the first time as she is very timid and hides from other people so we were unsure how she would settle. It very quickly became apparent from the regular photos and updates that Ali sent that we had no reason to worry though as they had become good friends.
  
  We loved that we were asked to provide a profile of Lucy’s personality and that Ali took the time to find out exactly what Lucy’s feeding regime was and even provided the exact food that Lucy likes to eat.
  
  Ali really does take the time to bond with your cat and the Suites are definitely 5* Luxury.
  
  We are so pleased we found you Ali and we will definitely book with you again.
