  Sheldon offers an excellent balance of tough, and compassionate - pushing me to the point where I think I’m going to break, but towing the line before I do. I always leave his sessions pumped and looking forward to the next one. He keeps things interesting by offering an array of different exercise plans, some brutal, and some softer (for when you need a slightly less sweaty experience!)
  Sheldon is enthusiastic and is determined to see results – my mantra has definitely changed since working with him – you get out what you put in! He’s a lifestyle changer :-)

  I’ve always been fairly active but found myself struggling with effective workouts in the gym. I started training with Sheldon and have seen great results already, he always comes up with different ways to train that push me to my limits! I’ve now got a new outlook to training and look forward to my sessions! It’s hard work but always worth it!

  Finding a trainer that can truly support you and help you get results can be difficult. I’ve had lots of trainers in the past and over time I would just lose interest but with Sheldon he has an ability to keep you motivated and interested with a great programme and eating plan. Totally recommend him!

  Training with Sheldon is top class and highly recommended. No two sessions are the same, keeping it fresh and enjoyable. With Sheldon's guidance I have successfully lost weight, got fitter and also stronger. He's also helped me overcome any apprehension about going to the gym, showing me each piece of equipment and giving me the confidence to train well on my own. I've been training with him for 2 years now, so must be doing something right!

  I have experienced a few personal trainers over the years and Sheldon is by far the best. The sessions are hard but fun and you get results. You definitely won’t get bored of the same routine! He is encouraging and motivating. Sheldon caters for all age groups. I am safely over the age of 40 however, he is now training my two teenage sons and they too, have become Sheldon fans. Their fitness and strength is improving in preparation for the rugby season. So if you’re looking for a highly experienced and motivating PT then definitely give Sheldon a go.
