Rebecca makes Pilates accessible to all. She adapts movements to account for my arm pain due to it being broken years ago. She's very descriptive about how to do movements and helps you visualise what muscles should be working. Thank you Rebecca!... Juliette -

Hassle free too because theres plenty of parking which is great. -
