(December 19, 2018, 6:33 am)Recently visited with my 3-year old grandson, Kit, to do a major pre-Christmas shop. The shopping experience and prices were uniformly excellent but what was most impressive was Santa's helper, Gary, at the checkout who chatted to Kit, explained what he was doing and kept him mesmerised. WITHOUT DELAYING THE CHECK OUT PROCESS FOR US OR THE PEOPLE HEHIND US. Thank you Gary and Tesco.

(May 1, 2018, 5:08 pm)Easily accessible from Stortford. It's on the ring road and out of the centre. Friendly staff. The new housing will undoubtedly make it busier. Very nice charity shop next door. I do agree on the Pharmacy criticism. Three staff always seem to be doing something other than serving customers. Plus the usual power trip generic pharmacy staff (without medical degrees) have. 'Oh you have a cold? Let me just lecture you on the 15 different paracetamol products we have', while the queue of 20 waits behind you.
