    I was very nervous when I contacted Taj, but my drive to change my relationship with my body was stronger. I felt like I had to do something but had no idea how to go about it or where to start. Overwhelmed with the gym and classes I needed help. I have not one regret because Taj has been fantastic! Ok, so I didn't have much weight to lose although lost a stone. I have gained muscle, shape, strength, health and confidence in my body's abilities. Taj makes you feel like anything is possible and each session leaves me realising that I am capable of more than i might think. My beliefs about my body have been challenged and I can now hold my head high. Taj is kind and genuine. She puts so much thought into your training that it is fun and before you realise week have gone by. Thanks a million Taj.

    Wow, wow, wow...and wow!! I cannot recommend Taj enough or praise her enough! She has honestly helped me turn my life around! I was apprehensive at first about getting a trainer but then I met Taj and she makes you feel so relaxed and she doesn’t judge you, she really becomes a life coach more than just a personal trainer. With Taj I’ve gone from a size 16/18 weighing 13st 51/2 to 9st 12 and a 10/12 since January of this year! I’ve gone from saying that I hate running to being able to 45 minutes! I can’t believe how happy, confident and most of all fit I feel. Taj really does the holistic approach that she prides herself on and she’s fantastic at it too! If you go with this lady then you certainly will not be making a mistake I can promise you that!

    Taj is a fantastic personal trainer that has guided me from a completely unstructured way of exercising to having clear and reachable goals. At two weeks in my motivation levels and commitment towards achieving my goals had never been higher. Taj's personal approach and continued support has been invaluable in putting the effort at every session and change my mind about exercise from a necessary evil to a way of life that I actually enjoy.
    I have really enjoy working with Taj at every step of the way as she has kept me on my toes and motivated, with challenging and rewarding routines tailored very specifically to meet my goals and also work on my areas of weakness

    When I asked Taj to help me to lose weight, I was over 15 stone and feeling very unconfident. I had got stuck into a way of living which was unhealthy and damaging. Taj helped me to work out not only the behaviours which were part of the unhealthy lifestyle, but in some ways to work out the causes and enable me to work on solving some of the issues that made me behave that way.
    She not only came up with a training plan, but also a dietary one. The bespoke training plan she created was just for me, which not only helped me lose loads of weight, but also built strength where I needed it to enable me to work towards my goal, the dream of doing the Camino de Santiago.
    Taj’s dedication to me, and understanding when sometimes I would make a mistake, led me to trust her inherently to guide me through my weight loss journey. I would go on to complete two Caminos, and then walk 1200 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail. Doing these amazing things have given me great experiences, and huge confidence in my ability. It all started with an email to Taj.
    She really cares.

    Brilliant bubbly training with outstanding results. I was surprised how easily I made great improvements to my fitness as well as noticeable results to the look of my physique. Thanks Taj :)
