Following a breakdown on the M1, we stumbled across CJ Watson. Just when we were pulling in to the garage, the car died. We were met by two friendly men who looked at the car and fixed it within half an hour. Brilliant and friendly service and great value! Having just moved to North London, will definitely use again.
An excellent family run business that is 100% reliable. I have no hesitation in putting my car in the hands of Courtney and Colin, and trust them explicitly. You receive a level of service from them that you don't see much anymore.
Colin and Courtney have looked after both our cars for more years than I care to remember and have always given a first class service. They have also put up with my various dilapidated motorhomes. This is no faceless, corporate garage but a well run, trustworthy, local family run business. They are also very good value. In addition to vehicle services and repairs they are also good for replacement tyres and accident repairs. They even sell a few cars.
Been using CJ Watson to service my Hyundai, my wife's Ford and previously our Citroen and Vauxhall for nearly twenty years, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They were recommended to us by my late parents who were both very fussy where they took their custom. This family business relies solely on local reputation and their attention to customer service reflects this. Four years ago when we bought a car, we first checked with the Watsons that they could service this make and model, and if they couldn't have, we would have bought something else that they could. That's how much we rely on them.
