(July 6, 2018, 7:49 am)Iv been doing Thai boxing classes with Miguel for a just over a month now. I came into the class having had five one to one sessions with three different trainers/gyms. I was extremely worried about entering a group class who had more experience than myself as I tend to feel slightly self conscious, I was also worried about how much contact there would be. Those worries were gone within minutes my first class. the group is brilliant, it’s a mix of both men and women with different abilities who welcomed me into the group immediately, it really feels like you are part of a team. The fitness side of thing is exactly what I was looking for, every time I finish a class I feel improved in both fitness and skill. I 100% recommend this gym to anyone who is thinking of starting Muay Thai, you will struggle to find a friendlier bunch to begin your Muay Thai journey. I’ll see you there.
