  Clean and tidy with great staff. Secure car park is handy. Food very good.

  Room was comfortable, once we were allocated an appropriate one that we requested. Evening meal of good quality and value. breakfast average. There are plenty of accessible (disabled ♿) parking bays but most are used by non blue badge holders and this is not checked by the hotel staff. So, if you are a blue badge holder, which we are, and need an appropriate bay, which we do, you cannot get one! On this occasion, one bay was used by a man to have a cigarette in his vehicle. Very annoying.

  Have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and whilst they have mastered the consistency angle on rooms and contents, the difference in staff attitudes is as wide as the Atlantic. The staff in this Inn stand head and shoulders above anything we have experienced before. Happy to help with anything, friendly and ready to go out of their way for you. Truly a different level of service - Well done, you really made our weekend. Room was clean and, true to form, the housekeeping staff were happy and very willing to help with any request.

  Brilliant place to stay. So close to the a1 and m25 and you are not disturbed. The food is great as well. The meal deal is a fantastic.
