Our family GP is Doctor Bagg. We have always found him to be courteous, attentive and empathic in all our "many" consultations. He has always returned any phone calls we have made at the end of surgery, and been kind and considerate to us as a family.
This is how any medical service should be. Absolutely fantastic service. My Doctor is Dr Paul Yeung who is very knowledgeable, caring, patient and efficient. I have on occasion as a non-emergency asked to see Dr Yeung on the same day and he saw me, maybe more than once. One time I had a back pain and Dr Yeung was not available I was offered Doctor Ian Bagg who was just as capable very detailed in his appraisal. The surgery itself is modern, very clean, informative leaflets, self check-in and I am often seen on time or after only a few minutes. One has to be understanding to the fact that there might be someone with a complex or urgent condition that takes more time to examine than expected. I think Radlett if there is such an honour should be "UK Surgery Of The Year" I am a 54 year old male that went to the surgery before the refurbishment from 1996-2006 and since 2015 and well done Radlett Red House as both surgeries and Doctors my prior Doctor was Doctor Ben Fitzgerald are great.
For over 20 years my family have all received excellent service from nurses receptionists and doctors, thankyou very much.
