I have been practising Pilates for 15 years and Jen is by far the best teacher I have ever had. She is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and passionate - and communicates her enthusiasm every lesson. Although Jen teaches predominantly classical Pilates, she always incorporates the best new thinking into her teaching, in a peaceful and beautiful space.
