“I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Having never used a removals company before, my husband and I were a little anxious. The office staff were very responsive in handling our queries before the move and put our mind at ease regarding issues such as parking and the removal of a large chandelier we have. When the crew arrived on the day, Martyn and his team were very polite and smartly dressed, addressing the issues discussed with the office staff and again putting our mind at ease. The chandelier was brought down, carefully and wrapped and packed professionally. We also have a large oak bed which was dismantled and reassembled with ease. Another concern of mine was being allowed enough time to clean the house before the buyers arrived. The crew worked with me so I could clean room by room, the carpets were protected and remained clean despite the bad weather. Overall, we are very happy with the service and if we were to move again we would definitely choose Sloane Young. Highly recommended.”
