  It started when my wife bought me a package of sessions for Christmas. That was about 10 years ago and I have been training weekly ever since, now joined by my wife, and as they have become old enough, one or more of our three kids! Jason and Chris have done a fantastic job, every trainer we have worked with has been brilliant. A special mention for Darren, the current incumbent, who pushes us to the point of physical endurance while deftly answering Shelly's probing questions! Fabulous achievement, guys, thanks.

  The better body group is just brilliant. All the staff made me feel so welcome from day 1. They are not your “6 week qualified personal trainer” who claims to know everything, these guys really know their stuff, and continue to learn and update their knowledge. They genuinely have their clients best interest at heart and you can see how much they care about helping each and every individual that walks through the door. Massive shout out to the best trainer I have ever know - Christina Moore, a true gem ????????????

  I absolutely LOVE this gym. They have helped me so much in reaching my weight loss and fitness goals. I love going there and am always greeted with a smile and a high five from any and all the staff. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions at better body group and am excited to carry on my training with Emma!

  Have been training at Better Body Group for over 2 years now and it’s a completely different gym experience but in a good way! Emma is so lovely and makes you feel at ease. She tailors my sessions to suit me personally which has given me so much more confidence in working out. Would never go back to a ‘conventional’ gym since joining Better Body Group.

  I have been training there for over 7 years now and seen the amazing growth and transformation of that amazing space, team and spirit. The BBG family is very special. Dedicated, fun, supportive, inspiring and always listening. There is something for everyone. You feel happy going in and good coming out!!
