  Westbank is a very happy, welcoming Care Home. The décor is outstanding and the team are all friendly. Excellent.

  I have been working at this care home for only a week and a half. The home has had a new design in place and its now a step down hospital for people in Kent to use. The home is designed in the shape of a H now. You have four area's of rooms which are Bluebell and Evergreen, which for people that are long term and need hoisting more often. which is stated on the left hand side of the H. Then you walk thought the home towards the new dinning room and living space, which is a wide open area. Then as you walk thought to the right side of the H you will get the Rose and Daffodil rooms. The rose rooms are for people that have more independence and is used for people that can look after them self's to the know-how of expressing what they want. The daffodil rooms are the step down hospital rooms which are bright and airy. The home has nurses on everyday to give medication and help in any way that they can. The night staff will keep your family member staff at night in there beds and if something is needed they will. The cleaning staff are on hand during the day, and are qualified to help the carers when needed during the day. The carers are there thought out the day and night to help, protect and look-after everyone in the home but also give the family members support when they come around to see them. there is more to be said and seen.
