(August 19, 2018, 4:47 pm)Always a pleasant walk around this area, even when many cars are parked up the area never feels busy. The only downside is that there is not enough area to park and car park is almost always locked.

(May 31, 2018, 9:19 am)Totally peaceful, gorgeous and hidden gem. The trails are either 1.5 or 3 miles in length and, the shorter one (Brakeybank Trail) can be done with children without completely knackering them out. At least my 4 and 6 year olds handled it! One down side is that the paths are extremely muddy. It has been raining quite a lot this past month (April 2018), so it was to be expected, but it was ankle deep in parts and can be incredibly slippery going down some steep banks. We had to walk off the trail which was actually enjoyable as well. I'd highly recommend!
