  I am very pleased with this surgery; it is certainly significantly better than my previous practice. It often takes a long time to get through on the phone but the staff are polite and efficient. I have not had much experience with the GPs but the nurses are always helpful and friendly and all the advice I have been given has been good. Whenever I have to visit this place I feel comfortable and relaxed; I know I will be treated with respect and am in good hands.

  receptionist very kind gave me water and seat away from other patients so i did not pass on my germs.
