  Me and my family attended today for an afternoon tea, with 2 children and the need for wheelchair access it is difficult to find a place that is accommodating for these needs.
  We were extremely pleased with the service provided, nothing was too much trouble and the food was delicious. They were more than happy to swap food items that people didn’t like and were accommodating to dietary requirements I had. A massive thank you to Becky and Christine who made our experience a pleasant one, we will be returning very soon for sure. 5*!

  Absolutely wonderful experience. A special friend treated us to a spa day with a full body massage and afternoon tea. I was so relaxed that I had to take a nap. The staff were very helpful and approachable. Simply one of the best massages i'd ever had and will most definitely be going back.

  Fabulous hotel, the staff were excellent especially the receptionist and the food was gorgeous. We only stayed one night and there was a wedding on but we never heard the other guests. Will be looking to stay at other hand picked hotels.

  Myself and a girl friend stayed on 15th June. We had full use of the facilities and were very impressed. We attended a spin class, held by Rachel and she was extremely helpful. We used the spa for the day which was lovely. We both observed how extremely helpful and friendly the staff were to us at every part of the hotel. One very slight comment would be it was a very hot day and we had lunch on the sun terrace but the tables needed a good clean from the previous rain and there were only 2 umbrellas of which one was broken. Minor item as we couldn't fault it elsewhere.
