Purchased my fish and noticed an issue with one of them, was expecting to have to buy some treatment to solve myself but they were really helpful and accepted a straight return for another fish. Don't bother with the big chains and get some decent fish that you know have been treated well. Lots of variety so you can't go wrong.

I have visited many aquatic shops and Birchwood are in a league of their own. -

(November 3, 2018, 7:17 am)Bought some goldfish, comets and golden for our garden pond. The guy who served us was very helpful, cost seemed reasonable and fish seem to have settled in okay. The place from outside doesn't look impressive but fine inside and all looked clean and well kept. Would recommend.
