Always find the staff very helpful here, especially Ben, who could not be more helpful to customers! If they quote a price for you, it will often be 'adjusted' in your favour! Great customer service in my opinion. I like spending my money here!! Just wanted to add that I've been again today and service still superb! Tim served me and was so helpful. After many terrible experiences from wickes!! My nan received great customer service and excellent and reliable deliveries from Jewsons. Making a garden her haven wishing we had gone to them in the first place! Many thanks to all the staff ????
I arrived at about 5pm on Friday. Just wanted to look at some fencing for a future project, I told them I wasn't planning to buy anything. The guy in the yard was great, digging through pallets to find me what I was looking for. The guy in the office (5.20ish now) typed out a quote. Worked out which discounts I could get for a better price. Very impressed with the helpful, friendly people there.
I dealt with 4 of the Jewson staff at the Dartford branch over two days. The customer service I received from all of them was refreshingly fantastic. I was served promptly and enthusiastically. They all genuinely, over the two days, in person and on the phone helped me as much as they could. I also spoke to a lady with regard to an online order who was professional, courteous, kept me informed and was friendly with a sense of humour. The only area of my Jewson experience that could be improved is the website. I knew the name of the item and the product code but 'no results' were found. I had to go out of the website and google my item. It then came up being sold by Jewson. My order arrived promptly. I will definitely be returning to Jewson.
