I have always had positive experiences at this practice, for my whole family.
Sometimes you are kept waiting but what do you expect when the government cut funding and there is a shortage of GP's and they only have 10 minutes per patient?
I've been at this practice for 10 years now and it has improved since we joined. The area I moved from is about to lose their GP practice, therefore I greatly appreciate having a good local practice in the village.
My mother went into the GP practice with stomach pains. They rushed her to hospital for a scan which revealed internal bleeding. This meant she had to have surgery which discovered she had early stages of cancer. Because of the attention to detail from the wonderful doctors at otford, my mums cancer was removed and is making a full recovery. Thank you so much
