Pilates Classes Sevenoaks (Core Pilates)

My partner and I have been going to Sharon's Pilates class for many years. Sharon is an excellent teacher, she provides a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The classes have definitely helped to strengthen our core muscles, improved our flexibility and posture. We notice the difference when we miss a class. The class we attend mainly has an equal mix of women and men which is so encouraging, there is no feelings of awkwardness.

Sharon’s classes are friendly and relaxed. All levels of the exercises are demonstrated to suit your personal ability. I find the stretching very beneficial and always leave the class feeling better than when I arrived.

This class has really helped to improve my core muscle strength and flexibility and has helped immensely with my lower back/slipped disc problems. The classes are friendly and are easy to follow, all abilities are catered for with lots of variation each week. I would definitely recommend.

Sharon is a great teacher and very knowledgeable on all things pilates. I have come a long way with my technique since starting these classes. She creates a welcoming, safe and relaxing atmosphere where it doesn’t matter what your ability is. The classes change constantly so doesn’t get boring. Good value too.
