  "I’ve been training with Mun for over a year now. Mun is extremely knowledgable on health and fitness and able to tailor my sessions to meet my personal goals. Every session is varied and he has introduced me to Boxing which I had never done but I now look forward to every week. Mun is really cheerful and encouraging every session and I’m pleased with my results so far and look forward to keep reaching my goals."

  I would strongly recommend Mun to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
  
  Myself and my husband have recently started training with Mun after he was recommended by a friend who had positive results in a relatively short amount of time.
  
  We have never trained before however this was not a issue as Mun was able to set out a personalised programme for us both covering both training and diet. We are now starting to see and feel the results.
  
  The facilities are amazing and all machines/equipment are always clean and well looked after.

  I have been training with Mun for several weeks now in his bespoke 121 PT Studio.
  
  I love his sessions as they push me to my maximum capability everytime. Each session is different to the last and is specially worked for my body frame.
  
  If your an experienced gym user or the first time goer I personally recommend Mun.
  
  He is very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of training and makes you feel welcome and relaxed at all times.
  
  I look forward to the next session with him.

  As someone who has never trained let alone stepped foot in a gym, I wanted a one-to-one experience to ease the ‘gym anxiety’. After searching for a few days for the one I thought would be perfect, I discovered Mun. During my consultation I was made to feel comfortable, almost like I belonged. This was down to the incredible studio Mun has created and Mun himself. What can I say? He’s friendly, encouraging, supportive and highly professional. He really cares about his clients and encourages you to achieve your full potential ( a potential I didn’t even realise I had) I highly recommend Mun to anyone who wants to accomplish their fitness goals. Thank you!

  Personal trainer Mun has helped with getting me fit and toning my body.
  He has a lovely personality and very informative and the best personal trainer I have had, very highly recommended.
  I look forward to my sessions and the gym has everything you need, very clean and classy.
  Only 5 minutes from the motorway exit.
