If you haven’t used an Osteopath before then I would highly recommend this reassuringly knowledgable practise led by Joe Dowling. Having treated me in the last 12 months for two different injuries, in both cases I have had a speedy turnaround with exercises I can do at home to sustain the improvements and my overall well-being.
Joe Dowling provided me with Osteo related treatment in 2017 due to a back condition and hip injury. He was able to significantly improve my condition and my time to recovery was greatly reduced. He is also a very patient and understanding person who takes the time to comprehend all the symptoms and vary the treatment effectively.
Since meeting Joe Dowling, I must say that he has been of great help to my various health problems/conditions. In a totally professional and friendly manner. I would highly recommend Joe’s professional services and his team to anyone.

In relatively few appointments with Joe Dowling I have seen an incredible change in chronic back pain lasting 4 years+. Joe has not only treated the issues but taught me how to help myself with small, everyday changes. He is always very professional and willing to answer all the questions thrown at him. The practice are very accommodating with appointment times so it is easy to fit in treatment around work commitments! Only wish I had found Bessels Green Osteopaths 4 years ago!
