  I went to Ernesto when the pain in my shoulder joint was so bad through over-use that I could hardly bear to raise my arm above shoulder height, let alone lift anything. After a couple of sessions of targeted manipulation and many different exercises, the joint is very much stronger and more comfortable. I am now able to resume my normal work commitments in my home maintenance business; typically painting ceilings, digging fence post holes and mixing cement amongst many heavy manual tasks.
  I would thoroughly recommend Ernesto; his expert ability to diagnose my injury, explain every aspect of the necessary treatment and thereby quickly resolve my painful condition has been greatly appreciated.

  Ernesto was great in truly listening to what I have been feeling and ran a thorough assessment to try to identify the cause of my pain rather than just make me feel better on the day.
  
  He explained what he thought was going on with details - but in simple terms - and how he was planning to tackle the issue on the day and in the long term so that I can avoid more pain and problems from creeping back.
  
  He gave me a couple of simple exercises and stretches too so I can keep working on myself at home to stay pain free.
  
  He has experience as a trainer as well which was great as it meant he knew about training exercises and routines (in the past I found other therapists that don’t train themselves couldn’d fully understand what my body goes through in training)
  
  I have definitely been feeling better since my first treatment and I’m eager to carry on my recovery during a follow up - I liked that he explained his long term plan and made me understand how to better look after my body.
  
  I would wholeheartedly recommend him!
