Love to park here.so close to castle and lovely shops in town.good size spaces..
Good place to park as long as it's not a Sunday! Football and rugby matches go on at the Racecourse ground so most places filled.
This is the place to park if you're launching a boat if any description. The slipway is easily accessible from here and the car is safely parked; yes you can park for the day I think, costs about £6 now.
Good place for the swimming pool too.
Easy to walk to the town itself; over the bridge, hang a left and walk past the canoe club, the back of the Poundland store and up the alleyway to the High Street. Takes about 5 minutes all told. Again disabled accessible.
As car parks go it was OK. As it is a little bit removed from the town it is a shame that you still have to pay !! It has a boat ramp into the River Medway which seems to be popular.
