  Drop Off area always overcrowded but otherwise excellent hospital.

  After suffering from a nasty reaction to a wasp Sting causing my arm to swell badly, I attended the emergency department. I was seen to quickly and the staff were very helpful and friendly putting my mind at rest. The nhs gets hammered alot due to waiting times and like with all departments I'm sure when things are busy it's tough see everyone promptly. But the way I was treated I have nothing but praise for the service received. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Tunbridge wells and maidstone hospital.

  I am visiting the area from Stoke and have been truely amazed by the experience. It started in Maidstone with helpful, caring staff who went out of their way, and beyond their pay grade. Next came Tunbridge as a referral. Slick, decisive and empathetic all in one. You really are fortunate to have this facility.

  Very clean, light and easy to get round. Clear marking to guide you around the building. How modern hospitals should be.
  The only problem is that the parking facilities are terrible. There are simply not enough parking places for anyone. The staff parking is even more limited so they are forced to park in the regular parking area, causing huge parking problems for everyone.
  Solutions have been to park along the road leading up to the hospital or in the garden centre across the road.
