  No advertising and still this place is consistently full. Word of mouth and repeat customers make this B&B a monumental success.
  
  The owners, Andy and Sue, take pride is top notch service and courtesy. Further they are VERY UNLIKE most hotels and B&B establishments by the very fact they are fast at confirming your stay, making available your room and settling you in for your stay no matter how recent your booking.
  
  The establishment is top of the line clean, neat, and well-respected in it's care. A library of both books and movies are available for the guests, complimentary. Breakfast is made to order, served at the time of your choosing.
  
  Even better, the owners are fast to become friends, caring more about you as a person than the money in your pocket. It most certainly a business, but money is handled discreetly and comfort/hospitality pushed to the front.
  
  You will enjoy your stay, sleep well and enjoy the space. It is a 10 on a 5 star scale.

  I stayed in this lovely bed and breakfast recently for a whole week. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and it feels like a home rather than a B&B. The breakfast menu is amazing and so much choice. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in this lovely area of Kent.

  It was like seeing old friends. They made us very welcome and breakfast was excellent and so I would recommend to all.

  So very glad that we found this wonderful haven! The hosts were fabulous, especially their sense of humour, extremely yummy breakfasts and their kind generosity. Superb room overlooking the secluded back garden full of wildlife.
