  Yardley Yoga is absolutely fantastic! I first went there having never done yoga before and after my first class I knew I was hooked. I went weekly after my first class and always came away feeling invigorated and relaxed. The classes are small enough for everyone to get personalised help and advice are tailored to suit all levels and abilities. I have moved away from the area now but, thanks to Guy, my yoga journey continues.

  Guy’s yoga classes are addictive, enjoyable and just simply fantastic! Yoga has changed my life and body for the better.

  I went to Guy's yoga sessions as a total beginner at the age of 52 three years ago and loved it so much that I'm still going every week. The very friendly mixed classes are small and accommodate all levels from beginners to the more advanced. Guy is an excellent teacher and makes each class totally different so that you learn new poses and techniques each week. I no longer have back issues and a longstanding hamstring problem is now completely cured. I would recommend Yardley Yoga to anyone.

  Fantastic instructor Guy, great class, all abilities and a good 90 minutes, great addition to anyone fittness and welbeing. Highly recommended.

  Yardley Yoga is so welcoming and friendly and set out for abilities.. as well as it being a great class and a super teacher, it's a brilliant for your well being, body and mind, this is the class I most look forward to all week and the best thing I've done is finding this fantastic class. You won't be disappointed.
