“I searched around the area for a Nusing Home for an elderly cousin. I was immediately impressed not only by the homely feel of it, but by the Manager, Rachel, who I found a very straight forward, caring person, who inspired confidence. The decision was made. My cousin has a nice comfortable room, at a reasonable price. The care in all aspects I have found first class and the caring nature of all the staff is what I would expect to see when you have such a caring and competent Manager. This Nursing home is also a family run home, and not one of a chain of national homes, which maybe a contributional issue in its care. All in all, I am very pleased that I found this Nursing home and would recommend it.”

“I went to see Paul 3 months before Christmas 2017. I had 3 sessions of hypnotherapy as I am a very anxious person and worry about absolutely everything. I sometimes get paranoid too. I had been on antidepressant tablets for about 5 years and the doctor and myself decided that i should try weaning myself off of them. Paul helped me so much he helped me with strategies and how to manage these feelings. Since Christmas I actually feel like a new person. My stress levels are down. My worrying feels so much better. My anxiety is so much better too. I feel positive and feel that the strategies Paul has given me have contributed so much to this. Paul encouraged me to think positively and made me realise that I don't need to worry about absolutely everything. I can't thank Paul enough.
