“Fabulously preserved medieval buildings and worth exploring inside. Most outside is first attraction, then the main house and grounds. Courtyard needs to be seen and it's so tranquil. Could easily return for another visit. Cafe onsite does nice coffee and cakes while other food available. Play and picnic areas available so fun for all the family.”

“Great homemade food with lots of healthy whole and organic options for just a snack or a full breakfast or lunch. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer dairy alternatives, gluten free options, celiac friendly options, veggie and vegan friendly food, and seasonal specials. Seating is limited but includes both indoor and outdoor tables. However, the cafe is very popular, so come early! Great takeaway drinks, coffees and teas are also on offer and their chai latte and golden milk are delicious.”
