“This was our first visit to this cafe. Ordered our breakfasts at the counter and the girl serving said she'd bring our drinks over then proceeded to chat on her phone and to her friend who was waiting for take away. Asked twice if we could get our drinks and after 20 minutes, just as we were going to walk out our food arrived so I asked this lady if i could finally get my coffee and she brought it straight away. The food was quite simply the best fry up I've had in years, beautifully cooked, fresh, tasty and piping hot and this will be our go to cafe from now on, just hoping counter hitch was a one off and not the normal level of service, 20 minutes wait for a coffee is not good but the quality of the food definitely made up for it.”

“I have been practising power yoga with Dan for over 2 years now and it has helped enormously with my flexibility, balance, physical and mental strength and endurance in addition to burning lots of calories! I had never practised any form of yoga before and power yoga is a tough workout, but over time my overall strength has improved immeasurably and has helped with my running and the agility needed for the obstacle course races I frequently compete in. I always feel incredibly calm and relaxed after a session and it is a great way of blocking out the stresses of the day by focusing on your breathing and the poses. I wouldn’t be without it now and would encourage anyone to give it a go!”
