    David came to service our wood burner when we first moved into our new home. We had no idea how to use the burner but David talked me through it, even giving me printed instructions. He was professional and courteous and did a really thorough and brilliant job servicing and cleaning the burner. Thank you. We will most definitely be asking you again next winter!
