We called Ian after not being able to get through to the major companies and he answered straight away and made himself available to come and rescue us. He was very thorough and made sure our vehicle was safe along with giving us ways of dealing with the matter once we got it home.

Brilliant service. Quick and efficient. Ran into trouble after coming back from holiday. Was told i had to get car towed to a garage.. would of been over £100 to get it towed with a local company. I called A-V-R recovery in morning and was seen a few hours after. Saved me a lot of money and time and hassle. Great help. Thank you so much.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Ian gave a high level of service where he kept us in touch with everything that was required an honest price and took the time to follow up with calls even after he had recovered my son's vehicle which took longer than originally thought.
