What a positive environment to learn about the noblest of martial arts and more importantly yourself. Kids love it and are actually seeing a world outside of X box, this inturn is being rewarded with a more positive and disciplined focus all the time. Class has all age groups and there are no age restrictions on when the individual starts the learning journey, 47 in my case.
Mr Davis is an excellent instructor who is constantly progressing his own martial arts knowledge so that he can continue to deliver good technical classes. Classes that have a relaxed and friendly feel making everyone welcome
